Justin Gaethje's stunning KO had Conor McGregor and other UFC fighters in awe

The main event at Saturday’s UFC event in Philadelphia was expected to have some fireworks and it didn’t disappoint, as Justin Gaethje knocked out Edson Barboza with a devastating right hand midway through the first round.
Gaethje is one of the most dangerous strikers in the sport, so the result wasn’t a surprise at all. But man, what a punch by Gaethje, who goes by the nickname, “The Highlight.”
It’s the lightweight’s second first-round KO in a row and his third win via KO in his five UFC fights.
Check out his KO of Barboza below, which sent Jon Anik, Daniel Cormier, and Dominick Cruz into hysterics:

I vote we give Justin Gaethje a Money in the Bank-type thing where he can just show up on any given night and call his next opponent.

Justin Gaethje is the kind of guy who thinks the best way to put out a fire is by swallowing it. What a barbarian. He is everything they tell you not to do in risk management and he beats most of the best fighters on Earth doing it. El rey.

Justin Gaethje is literally entertainment personified. It's unreal how consistently must-watch this man is.
The UFC needs to give him a gigantic raise. Whatever he's making, it's not enough. What a legend. #UFCPhiladelphia

Justin Gaethje might just be the biggest savage in MMA history.
