West Ham departure looking ‘very likely’ without hard stance, talks said to be ongoing

In recent days there have been claims in the Turkish media that Besiktas tried to sign West Ham United forward Javier Hernandez in the summer.
With Alvaro Negredo leaving in the last transfer window and Vagner Love on the verge of a return to Brazil, the Istanbul club are keen to bring in a No.9 in January.
Fanatik have reported on the latest developments with regards to Besiktas’ pursuit of the West Ham player and they say talks are progressing with the Mexico international’s representatives.
The Turkish media outlet also say discussions have been positive so far.
It’s claimed the Super Lig club are looking to loan the attacker for the second half of the season and that they’re hoping West Ham will this time allow Hernandez to join them.
As long as the Premier League club doesn’t take a hard stance then the transfer is described as ‘very likely’.

Hernandez is contracted to the Hammers until June 2020 but has struggled to get games this season.
What West Ham and Besiktas deem a hard stance may differ greatly, with the Turkish club likely looking for a very low cost loan.
