Knicks troll Enes Kanter for getting sick after enormous cheat day feast

Enes Kanter is a large man who surely eats significantly more food than average person every day. But this week, the New York Knicks’ 6-foot-11, 250-pound forward went a little overboard on his cheat day and ended up paying for it.
Kanter has shared photos or videos of his ginormous meals on his past cheat days, and it’s not just food that’s a little unhealthy. It’s some serious junk food, and it’s usually a lot.

This week was no exception. Kanter didn’t hold back Wednesday as he downed seven burgers — three of which were triple patties with an egg on each of them — and a tray of French fries.

As he explained in the video, he was very excited about it, but maybe a little too excited. The following day, Kanter had to leave the Knicks’ practice because of an illness.

Now, it’s entirely possible Kanter is sick with a cold or the flu or something along those lines — it is winter in New York, after all — and this could just be an odd coincidence. But, even though we don’t know exactly how much of his cheat day feast he devoured, we’re willing to guess something about eating seven burgers the day before didn’t exactly help him on the court.
His teammates had the same thought and hilariously trolled him by putting fake burgers in his locker. As fellow Knicks forward Mario Hezonja wanted to know: “What’s wrong with you?”

Whatever it is, hopefully Kanter can get over it quickly and return to the court. And maybe ease up a little on his future cheat days.
